Callie’s passion for physiotherapy grew from her lifelong involvement in dance, sport, and helping others. With a background in high-level dance and dance teaching, she developed a strong understanding of movement and a passion for educating others. She completed a Bachelor of Human Kinetics in Canada, where she also published research exploring accessibility and inclusion in active transportation for people with disabilities.
After moving to the Gold Coast, Callie completed her Doctor of Physiotherapy at Bond University. She has experience working with Rugby Union and QWAFL teams, as well as treating acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries in private practice. Callie has a particular interest in working with dancers, field athletes, and gym-goers, helping them return to sport safely and confidently.
Callie combines a detailed understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and movement analysis with an empathetic, patient-centred approach. She takes the time to understand each person’s goals and develops tailored rehabilitation programs focused on long-term recovery, injury prevention, and optimal performance.
