For: Pregnant & Postpartum parents needing pelvic floor support who prefer an external approach (no internal vaginal assessment or treatment).

What to expect?
- An external assessment of your pelvic floor – focus on the movement of pelvis, glutes, lower belly & pelvic floor
- Questions like “can you activate your pelvic floor? can you lengthen your pelvic floor?”
- Assessment and treatment of diaphragm
- Visualisation exercises for home
- Pelvic floor and whole body exercises for home – with a focus on breath and pelvic floor movement
What should I wear? Loose fitting clothing that you feel comfortable to move in.
Internal Pelvic Floor Consult
For: Postpartum parents needing pelvic floor support and would like an internal vaginal assessment and/or treatment.

- prolapse
- coccyx pain
- constipation
- diastasis recti (Abdominal separation)
- return to exercise
- feel disconnected from your pelvic floor

What to expect?
- An internal vaginal assessment of your pelvic floor
- Questions like “can you activate your pelvic floor? can you lengthen your pelvic floor?”
- Assessment and treatment of diaphragm & external pelvis
- Visualisation exercises for home
- Pelvic floor and whole body exercises for home – with a focus on breath and pelvic floor movement
What should I wear? Loose fitting clothing that you feel comfortable to move in.
Cesarean Scar Release Consult
For: For people who have a cesarean section scar from 8 weeks and beyond. If you experience pain, tugging, numbness or pelvic pain. Or you would just like to keep your scar mobile.
Why? Everyone experiences different sensations after a c-section.
It can be helpful to have your scar released to prevent scar tissue and/or adhesion.
What to expect? A nurturing session using advanced techniques to release tension, promote tissue regeneration, restore mobility and prevent scar tissue buildup.
We may also work to release your lower back, diaphragm, upper back and any tension through your abdominal area.
Birth Preparation Consult
For: A one-on-one birth preparation session for you and your birth partner.
Why? Find what birth tools suit you, specific to your birth plan in a supportive and informed one-on-one environment.
What to expect?
- Birth preparation exercises for pelvis. Including perineal massage (individual or partner assisted)
- Birth positions specific for your body
- Partner assisted techniques i.e. acupressure
- Birth tools
- Individualised postpartum care plan
One on One Return to Exercise Session
For: People in the postpartum period who would like to return to exercise.
Why? Your body has been through a big transformation and may need a little one-on-one support before rejoining your regular exercise class.
What to expect? Gentle exercise encouraging connection between your pelvic floor, breath and core.
Take home exercises for you to do at home – by your self or with little ones!
Please wear clothes you are comfy moving in for these sessions.
